The Dry Land
Ryan Piers Williams 2009 | U.S. Dramatic Competition, First Feature, Political, World Premiere
Powerful, heartfelt and tone-perfect film made by a director and actors who truly care about their subject - the men and women war vets struggling to re-integrate into their families and communities. Deserves to be seen by everyone who claims to care about troops deployed in war zones, and especially by the folks in the military and their families. Excellent acting, effective script and cinematography. Warning: This film is graphic and may break your heart.
